Bath Tea

Loving the cooler temperatures because I can return to taking baths. I like to jazz my bath up by adding some herbal tea to it. Here is how to make tea for the your bath:

In a saucepan add 3 cups of water

Bring water to a boil

Turn off stove once water starts to boil

Add desired herbs to water (you can put your herbs in a muslin tea bag for ease or drop them straight in and strain them through a strainer)

Steep herbs for 5 minutes

While herbs are steeping start your bath water

Strain out herbs and add tea to bath

Herbal bath tea recipes:

1 tablespoon rosemary + 1 teaspoon dried lemon peel

1 tablespoon lavender + 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves

1 tablespoon chamomile buds + 1 teaspoon lavender

2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger or 1 tablespoon dried ginger + 1 teaspoon chamomile
